Job summary

The Learning Experience in Andover, MA is seeking a qualified Lead Teacher to lead a high-quality early childhood classroom. You will plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences and apply our LEAP Curriculum.

We welcome Infant-Toddler or Preschool qualifications and will place you in a classroom that matches your experience. A full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay and benefits awaits, along with ongoing training and career advancement

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher.
• Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed.
• Professional early childhood classroom experience required.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization.

The Learning Experience - Andover is seeking qualified Lead Teachers to join our early childhood education team.
