Job summary

The Learning Experience - Foxboro, MA is hiring an Early Childhood Lead Teacher across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. The role involves leading developmentally appropriate activities, guiding children through play, implementing the LEAP curriculum, and collaborating with families and fellow teachers.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a pay range of $23–$25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as Lead Teacher.
• Professional childcare, daycare, or early childhood experience required.
• Infant-Toddler and/or Preschool qualifications welcomed.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engaging, developmentally appropriate early childhood classroom
• Create meaningful experiences through play, exploration, art, music, movement, and hands-on learning
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Support language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
• Establish positive classroom routines and use positive guidance
• Observe children's development and maintain required documentation
• Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
• Communicate regularly with families
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom
