• Bachelor's (or higher) degree in ECE, HDFS, Child Study, or EC Special Ed.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Strong understanding of child development, planning, and assessing.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to become certified.
• Must pass full background check.
• Must pass health screening.
