Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks – 12 years.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAC standards & AZ Early Learning Standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm and safe environment that is clean and conducive to growth.
• Partner with families to create plans for best care and education.
