Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class and lead curriculum implementation with strong licensing compliance.

You will also build genuine relationships with families, supporting your center’s success and contributing to a positive, energizing work environment for a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.
