Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote growth for preschool children and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

The role involves building relationships with families and supporting the center’s success through clear communication and proactive engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth within the class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are followed.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
