Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide learning in a supportive, family‑centered childcare environment in Minnesota. You will mentor fellow teachers, design engaging activities, and ensure strong classroom management and curriculum execution in line with licensing guidelines and company standards.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $21.56 - $22.40 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
