Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher for our Wilmington, DE center. You will create engaging, interactive learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

We offer a Monday-Friday work week, pay between $17.88 and $18.57 per hour with health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $17.88 - $18.57 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
