Job summary

Tutor Time Childcare is hiring a Lead Teacher to foster a warm, engaging classroom where children learn through play and structured activities. You will mentor fellow teachers and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons in a supportive setting.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay, immediate benefits for full-time staff, paid time off, and opportunities for education assistance and a Master Teacher program.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.

• Call the shots! Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $19.67-$20.44 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.

• Monday-Friday work week
