Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide a preschool classroom, create engaging lessons, and mentor fellow teachers.

You will manage classroom routines, implement curriculum in line with licensing guidelines and center standards, and build strong relationships with families to support each child's growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
