Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking energetic Assistant Teachers to inspire children and support lifelong learning in our childcare centers.

You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a clean, interactive classroom, and engage with families to support each child’s growth. Ideal candidates demonstrate the ability to observe, assess, and plan developmentally appropriate activities, and are prepared to participate in trainings on childcare and child development topics.

Qualifications

• Follow state licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate with families.
• Complete training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Support daily care of every child.
• Create and maintain an engaging, safe learning environment for indoors and outdoors activities.
• Assist in planning age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
