Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher for our child care center in Michigan. You will lead classroom activities, mentor other teachers, and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons in a supportive environment.

You will ensure adherence to state education requirements and center policies, manage the daily schedule, and maintain strong communication with families to promote each child’s growth and success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
