Zusammenfassung

Learning Care Group in Texas seeks a Team Lead to support our child care center. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children and take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, with classroom instruction making up at least 50% of your weekly schedule.

You will communicate with families to support each child’s progress, mentor new hires, and step into Director/Assistant Director duties in the absence of the leader.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a CDA preferred.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and experience.

As a Team Lead, you are a:

• Teacher!Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.Classroom instruction is at least 50% of weekly schedule.
• Communicator!Communicate and build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
• Mentor!Be responsible for, or assisting with, the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and your fellow Teachers, as you create fun, interactive learning experiences to share with the preschool children.
• Leader!Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Expert!Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

• Experience in a licensedchildcarefacility, leading a classroom,andimplementing lesson plans.
