Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an energetic Lead Teacher for our preschool classroom. You will design engaging activities, mentor fellow teachers, and lead curriculum implementation in line with licensing standards.

You’ll support children's social, physical, and cognitive growth, manage daily routines, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to help every child thrive, while creating a warm, safe, and collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center standards.
• Capable of indoor/outdoor activities with children.
