Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher at a child care center in Riverview, FL. This role focuses on guiding students through engaging learning experiences, supporting growth in social, physical, and intellectual development, and ensuring adherence to licensing guidelines and center standards.

The Lead Teacher will lead classroom management, mentor fellow staff, and foster strong relationships with enrolled families to promote each child’s achievement and the center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
