Job summary

Learning Care Group in Washington state is hiring a Lead Teacher to mentor staff, develop engaging learning experiences, and foster growth for preschool children. You will lead curriculum implementation, ensure licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with families to support each child’s progress.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $20.33-21.11 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
