Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classroom activities and mentor fellow teachers in a engaging child care setting. You will lead lesson planning and ensure curriculum implementation meets licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will foster a safe, stimulating environment indoors or outdoors, supporting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children while building strong relationships with families and center staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
