J-Bear Child Development Center is looking for an experienced, dependable, and flexible Floater Teacher to support classrooms throughout our school.
Our Floater Teacher plays an important role in keeping the school running smoothly. Rather than being assigned to only one classroom, you will work with multiple age groups, stepping in where support is needed throughout the day.
We are looking for someone who can walk into different classrooms, quickly learn the routine, connect with children, support fellow teachers, and provide consistent, high-quality care.
As a Floater Teacher, you will:
A successful Floater Teacher is someone who is flexible, dependable, confident, and comfortable working with children across different developmental stages.
Previous experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool is strongly preferred.
