Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

• Meet the minimum state floater teacher requirements for Georgia , which involve holding a High School Diploma or its equivalent and the Commonwealth Childcare Credential - Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!
• Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
