Job summary

Child Development Schools is seeking an Assistant Teacher (Classroom Floater) to support in a nurturing classroom environment. You will assist in guiding young learners, coordinate activities with the lead teacher, and communicate with families to ensure student progress and wellbeing.

Qualifications

Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

• Meet the minimum state floater teacher requirements for Georgia, which involve holding a High School Diploma or its equivalent and the Commonwealth Childcare Credential - Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!
• Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
