Looking for a Lead Teacher who loves being part of the moments that make childhood so special—building relationships, encouraging confidence, and helping children discover the joy of learning.

Salary: $15/hour and up, based on experience and Wisconsin Registry level.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll be the heart of your classroom. You’ll create a welcoming, engaging environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to come each day. You’ll plan and guide meaningful activities that support each child’s development while following their interests and encouraging their natural curiosity. You’ll also lead and support your classroom team, helping create a positive and collaborative environment where everyone can do their best work. Strong communication with families is an important part of the role, and we want our teachers to build genuine relationships with parents while keeping them connected to their child’s growth, learning, and day-to-day experiences.

We’re looking for someone who is confident in leading a classroom but never stops learning themselves. Someone who can turn a simple moment into a learning opportunity, celebrate the little victories, stay calm through the challenging moments, and make children feel truly known and cared for. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow as a teacher, build meaningful relationships, and make a lasting impact on the children in your classroom, we’d love to have you join our team.
