U-GRO Learning Centres in Lebanon, PA is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You’ll lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring licensing guidelines and company standards are met.

We seek energetic, dependable individuals aged 18+ with classroom leadership experience, the ability to meet state education requirements, and the capacity to work indoors or outdoors with children.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
