Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Lead Teacher in Louisville, KY to create engaging learning experiences for preschoolers and mentor fellow teachers. You will lead classroom activities, ensure a safe, stimulating environment, and ensure curriculum alignment with licensing guidelines.

The role emphasizes family communication and collaboration with center leadership to promote children's growth and center success. 18+ with classroom leadership experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
