Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher in Florida to inspire lifelong learners and guide a vibrant preschool classroom. You will develop fun, interactive lessons and mentor fellow teachers to create a warm, engaging learning environment.

As a lead, you’ll manage the classroom, implement curricula, and ensure alignment with licensing guidelines. You’ll build strong relationships with families and contribute to a positive, supportive center culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
