Job summary

Learning Care in Westland, MI seeks a Lead Teacher to develop engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers while ensuring adherence to licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will lead classroom management, coordinate curriculum implementation, and foster strong relationships with families, promoting student achievement and program success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
