Job summary

Learning Care Group in Land O' Lakes, FL is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class while maintaining a positive, safe classroom environment.

This role emphasizes leadership, licensing compliance, and effective communication with families to support each child's progress and the center's success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth in the class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
