Job summary

Learning Care Group in West Orange, NJ is seeking a hands-on Lead Teacher to design fun, developmentally appropriate experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will lead classroom management and implement the curriculum, while ensuring adherence to licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will build meaningful relationships with families, promoting child achievement and supporting the center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Must meet state education requirements for our childcare center.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
