Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire and guide preschool learners while mentoring fellow teachers. You will create engaging activities, support growth in all development areas, and ensure curriculum is delivered with enthusiasm and care.

You’ll manage classroom routines, align with licensing guidelines, and foster strong relationships with families to strengthen the center’s success and community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Capacity to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
