Learning Care is hiring Lead Teachers to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers, fostering the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers in a supportive center environment.

We prioritize licensing compliance, family communication, and collaboration with center leadership, offering a pathway to ongoing training, tuition reimbursement, and professional advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
