Job summary

Learning Care Group is looking for energetic Lead Teachers to guide and mentor classroom staff in a nurturing environment. You will create engaging lesson plans, support child development, and uphold licensing standards while collaborating with families to promote each child's learning journey.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
