Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and support a thriving classroom community. You will create engaging, interactive learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure a safe, fun environment for preschool children.

The role emphasizes strong communication with enrolled and prospective families, adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards, and collaboration with the center team to promote achievement and growth in every child.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for the center and comply with childcare center rules.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
