Tiny Tots Academy in Egg Harbor Township, NJ seeks a dedicated Lead Teacher to foster a nurturing learning environment for young children. You will develop age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging lessons, and manage classroom activities to promote positive behavior and safety.

You will communicate regularly with parents about child progress, adhere to health protocols, and collaborate with a supportive team to create an inclusive, stimulating setting for toddlers and preschoolers.

Competenze

• 1 year of experience working with children and 1 year of lead teacher experience in a licensed childcare, preschool, or daycare setting.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
• Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.
• First Aid and CPR certification is required or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Strong communication skills for parent engagement and teamwork.
• Ability to work with children across ages, including toddlers and preschoolers.
• Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety regulations.
• Prior experience with children with special needs.
• Passion for fostering a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
