Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher in Maryland to inspire preschool children and lead a classroom with energy and care. You will design engaging activities, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $19.09-19.84 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
