Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to foster engaging, hands-on learning experiences for preschool children. You will mentor fellow teachers and drive curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines.

You will develop age-appropriate activities, promote holistic child development, and build strong relationships with families to support the center's success. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare requirements.
• Capable of working indoors or outdoors with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $19.62-$20.44 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
