Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher in a supportive, family‑oriented environment in New York. You will lead engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure curriculum alignment with licensing guidelines.

This role emphasizes the growth of children, collaboration with families, and maintaining a positive, energetic classroom culture. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits are offered to full‑time staff.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $20.37-21.16 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
