Job summary

La Petite Academy in Bowie, MD is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines. You will build strong relationships with families and foster growth across social, physical, and intellectual domains.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $19.09-19.84 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
