Job summary

Learning Care Group in New York is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging lessons and mentor fellow teachers. The role focuses on promoting social, physical, and cognitive growth for preschoolers while ensuring classroom standards and licensing guidelines are met.

You will lead curriculum implementation and build strong relationships with families to support student success and the center’s goals. This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool childreninyour class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.52-19.23 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
