Job summary

Montessori Unlimited in Boca Raton, part of Learning Care Group, seeks a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners through authentic Montessori methods. You will mentor fellow teachers, plan engaging lessons, and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines.

You should have classroom leadership experience, ability to meet state education requirements, and be comfortable guiding activities indoors and outdoors with preschoolers. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits.
