Job summary

Montessori Unlimited is hiring a Lead Teacher for our neighborhood Montessori school. You will create engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with classroom leadership experience, able to meet state education requirements, and comfortable working indoors or outdoors with children. We offer a supportive, collaborative culture and competitive benefits.

As a Lead Teacher, you'll:

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.

• Call the shots! Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center's success.
