Learning Care Group's Montessori Unlimited school is seeking an energetic Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and guide them toward independent thinking. This role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment within a nationwide network of Montessori schools.

You will develop engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines while fostering strong relationships with families to support student growth and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
