Summary

Chroma Early Learning Academy is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and engaging environment for children, implement educational programs, and work closely with families and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for our students. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young children while working in a supportive and collaborative environment

Duties
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
  • Lead a classroom of children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress and development, providing individual support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning experience.
  • Participate in regular professional development and team meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and Chroma Early Learning Academy policies.
