Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct food preparation in the Tavern kitchen.
• Ensure product quality and service standards are met for guests.
• Manage Tavern line operation, staff, preparation, and production.
• Plan, schedule, and organize staff coverage.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily activities.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and communicate changes with purchasing.
• Ensure proper storage of food items to maintain freshness and minimize loss.
• Train staff and provide tools needed to perform tasks.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Respond promptly to staff and guest needs; promote teamwork.
