Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of three years in workforce development, human services, quality assurance, or related area.
• Knowledge of QA procedures and applicable workforce laws and regulations.
• Experience conducting QA activities and reviewing case files in human services.

Responsibilities

• Review case files to ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Conduct QA reviews and implement monitoring for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and enforce QA plans to improve program efficiency.
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions and improvements.
• Create and maintain SOPs to ensure consistent processes.
• Analyze program data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Provide case management support and determine eligibility when required.
• Deliver trainings and orientations on program requirements and QA standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and maintain compliance.
