Job summary

KVK Tech, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for compression and encapsulation to lead daily tablet production and capsule-filling operations. You will supervise manufacturing personnel, align with batch records and SOPs, and ensure safety and quality on the shop floor.

In this role you’ll drive process improvements, coach staff to develop skills, and partner with QA, maintenance, and other departments to meet production schedules while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires 3-5 years supervisory experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience in oral solid dosage manufacturing (tablet compression and encapsulation).
• Experience supervising equipment setup, cleaning, changeovers, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tablet compression and encapsulation activities per batch records, SOPs, and schedules.
• Assign daily work, coordinate staffing, tooling, materials, and equipment availability; adjust priorities while upholding safety and quality.
• Oversee equipment setup, changeovers, line clearance, readiness checks before production starts.
• Verify material identity, release status, and traceability throughout processing.
