Job summary

KVK Tech, Inc. is seeking an Encapsulation Operator to set up, operate, monitor, and clean capsule-filling equipment in support of oral solid dosage manufacturing.

You will work closely with Manufacturing, QA, and Maintenance to ensure batch records, SOPs, and GDP standards are followed, supporting production schedules and product quality. The role requires hands-on encapsulation experience, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in-process checks, adjust equipment within approved

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or coursework in pharmaceutical manufacturing, mechanical technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience with encapsulation processes and capsule-filling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate encapsulation equipment in accordance with batch records, SOPs, and operating instructions.
• Monitor equipment operation and perform in-process checks on capsule appearance, integrity, closure, and fill weight.
• Make authorized equipment adjustments within approved parameters to maintain product quality and process performance.
• Identify equipment malfunctions and process deviations; coordinate troubleshooting with supervision, QA, and Maintenance.
• Complete batch records, equipment logbooks, material reconciliations, and related documentation per GDP.
