Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment's Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is seeking a Sr. Table Games Dual Rate lead who will supervise the card department on the floor, oversee game operations, and mentor staff to sustain exceptional guest service.

You'll deal Craps, Roulette and Blackjack with precision while enforcing security, policies and open/close procedures, contributing to staffing decisions and team development in a fast‑paced casino environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with at least one year dealing cards in a casino.
  • Experience dealing Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, and Carnival games.
  • Proven ability to lead and guide other employees.
  • Strong ability to maintain close working relationships with coworkers and management.
  • Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license and pass CNE Gaming Academy training.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license from the appropriate gaming authority.

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise the work of the card department, providing input on staffing, performance, and corrective actions.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at various table games.
  • Maintain the security of all table games by inspecting decks and overseeing all action, reporting any irregular play to management.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests with gameplay, and ensure rules and policies are followed.
  • Supervise all opening and closing procedures for the table games room.
  • Ensure the team adheres to safety policies and report hazards to the Card Games Shift Manager.
  • Mentor and guide other employees to ensure high guest service standards.
  • Perform other job-related duties to support the table games department.

  • Proven ability to lead and guide the work of other employees.
  • Strong ability to maintain close working relationships with both co‑workers and management.
  • A track record of providing and maintaining a high standard of guest service at all times.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license from the appropriate gaming authority.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with constant exposure to loud noise and smoke.
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 10 lbs.
