Cherokee Casino West Siloam Springs is seeking a Poker Floor Lead to join our table games department. You will guide and support poker dealers while managing the operational flow of the poker room, including opening and closing procedures and monitoring game security.

This role requires strong poker knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to lead with professionalism and fairness in a high-energy gaming environment, while delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of casino poker dealing experience or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and team guidance skills.
  • Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
  • Must complete training at CNE Gaming Academy.
  • Must have or obtain licensing from the appropriate gaming authority.
  • Capable of lifting up to 10 lbs and working in environments with smoke and loud noise.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct the work of poker dealers
  • Provide input on staffing, evaluations, corrective actions, and terminations
  • Lead opening and closing procedures of the poker room
  • Ensure accurate inventory of poker chips and cards
  • Inspect decks and monitor game security
  • Enforce safety policies and report hazards to management
  • Ensure dealer procedures are followed consistently
  • Report irregularities or concerns to the Poker Shift Manager
  • Resolve player disputes professionally and efficiently

Job description

Cherokee Casino West Siloam Springs is seeking a Poker Floor Lead to join our table games department! As a Poker Floor Lead, you will guide and support poker dealers while managing the operational flow of the poker room. You’ll be responsible for opening and closing procedures, monitoring game security, and resolving disputes. This role requires a strong understanding of poker operations, attention to detail, and the ability to lead with professionalism and fairness in a high-energy gaming environment.
