Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering
• 10+ years in test engineering or test-method development
• Experience with manufactured physical products (electromechanical, automotive, aerospace, etc.)
• Strong requirements engineering translating requirements into test criteria
• Experience with test strategies, methods, and acceptance criteria
• Strong V&V across product lifecycle
• Hands-on testing experience
• Experience with data analysis and statistics for engineering decisions
• Root cause analysis and corrective action
• Experience building test systems and cross-functional partnering
• Mentoring engineers/technicians
• Background in reliability testing and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize system-level test methods for physical products
• Translate requirements into test strategies and validation methods
• Lead V&V planning across product development
• Develop and implement test methodologies and fixtures
• Mentor engineers on testing best practices
• Collaborate across Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and CAE
