Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Lead SETA to support an innovative program office. As the Lead SETA, you will play a critical role in driving program execution by actively tracking and managing budget, schedule, technical performance, deliverables, and program risks. You will bring exceptional organizational and analytical capabilities, along with the ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar technical areas and translate complex information into actionable insights for the Program Manager. You will serve as a central point of coordination among program, performers, transition partners, and other government stakeholders. You will lead program assessments, evaluate performer progress and projected outcomes, identify technical and programmatic risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure effective program management practices are followed throughout the program. The expected salary range for this position is $135,000 - $175,000. This range represents a good-faith estimate and is not a guarantee; final compensation is determined by factors such as experience, qualifications, and government contract labor rate requirements and may fall outside the stated range.
