Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Analyst to join an innovative program office. In this role, you will contribute to next-generation submarine tactical systems and combat system modernization efforts supporting the U.S. Navy. You will provide direct technical and programmatic support to Navy program leadership, with a focus on submarine combat system upgrades, modernization initiatives, and weapons system integration efforts. You will be responsible for developing detailed technical and programmatic products, consolidating information from multiple stakeholders, preparing executive-level briefing materials, reviewing test and evaluation documentation of combat system computer hardware, and assisting program leadership in informing senior Navy, Department of Defense, and Congressional decision-makers. You will possess operational, engineering, or acquisition experience with submarine combat systems and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously while working independently in a fast-paced environment. The expected salary range for this position is $100,000-$130,000. This range represents a good-faith estimate and is not a guarantee; final compensation is determined by factors such as experience, qualifications, and government contract labor rate requirements and may fall outside the stated range.
